Each figure is a starting rate per car, one way, set by how many minutes the drive takes from the Terminal 2 curb. Zones follow measured drive minutes
Each town was measured by road from the Terminal 2 curb at free-flow speed. Morrisville and Research Triangle Park sit within 15 minutes, so they form Zone 1. Cary and Durham fall between 16 and 25 minutes and make up Zone 2. Raleigh, Apex, Chapel Hill and Garner take 26 to 30 minutes, which is Zone 3. Holly Springs, Knightdale and Wake Forest need 31 minutes or more and form Zone 4.
Miles alone would mislead. Downtown Raleigh is 14.0 miles out and takes 26 minutes, while Apex is 12.5 miles and lands in the same zone. Minutes decide the zone because minutes are what the driver spends on the road. Every town is listed on the service areas page.
Changes to a quote before confirming
Your quote can differ from the sheet for a few plain reasons, and each one is named in the reply before you agree to anything.
- An extra stop on the way, such as collecting a colleague in Cary, adds $15 per stop.
- A larger group or more checked bags may call for an SUV or a van instead of a sedan, and the rate follows the vehicle class.
- An address outside the eleven listed towns is priced from its own minutes measured by road, which place it in one of the four zones; it needs to be in North Carolina and within 25 miles of the airport.
- A child seat from the car company adds $10 per seat per ride; bringing your own adds nothing.

Gratuity stays your choice
The fixed rate does not include a tip. If you want to give one, it goes straight to the driver, in cash or by card in the car at the end of the ride, together with the fare. The desk sets no amount and adds nothing for it, and a rider who leaves no tip receives the same ride.

A pickup before 4:00 am for the first departures costs the same as a midday ride. The request form on this site takes submissions 24/7, and the rate in your quote does not rise for late or early hours.
