When a van beats two cars
A sedan seats 3 riders with 3 checked bags and an SUV seats 5 with 5. Past five people, the choice is a van or a second car. One van means one driver, one pickup time and one arrival at the terminal curb, so nobody waits at the departures door for the other half of the party.

Luggage, strollers and child seats
A van carries up to 10 riders and up to 10 checked bags, plus one carry-on each. List golf bags, stroller frames and oversized cases in your request so the car company can say whether they fit.
For the youngest riders, North Carolina law asks the driver to secure each child in a seat that suits the child's age and weight. Give the age and weight of every child when you send the request, and say whether your family brings its own seats. When the car company has a seat to supply, it adds $10 per seat per ride, shown in the quote.
Several pickup addresses on one departure
Some groups meet at one house; others live across Cary and Durham. The van can collect from more than one door on the way to the airport for $15 per extra stop. Your pickup time is set from the drive between the addresses, a traffic allowance and a curb margin you choose, so the first door gets the earliest time.
Arrivals spread across different flights
Members of a party often land at different hours or at different terminals. Send every flight number in one request. The desk can place one van timed to the last landing, with the included 45 minutes of waiting counted from that real landing time, or separate rides if the gap is long. Waiting past the included time is $10 per 15 minutes.
